These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ws888 governing your use of the ws888 platform, including all gaming, betting, payment, and account services available at ws888.ws. ws888 employs automated and manual age verification processes. Where automated verification cannot confirm eligibility, manual document review will be initiated. ws888 will not process withdrawals on any account where age verification has not been satisfactorily completed.
Section 03
Each individual may hold only one active ws888 account. Registering, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ws888 reserves the right to close all accounts connected to an individual found operating multiple accounts and to void any associated balances or pending withdrawals.
When registering your ws888 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information throughout the duration of your ws888 membership. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ws888 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Section 04
ws888 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated on the deposits page of the ws888 platform. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time without prior individual notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. ws888 does not accept third-party deposits. If it is determined that a deposit has been made using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder, ws888 reserves the right to freeze the deposited funds pending investigation and to return funds to the originating payment source.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. The standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving bank. ws888 makes no guarantee of processing times in circumstances beyond its direct operational control, including banking system delays or payment processor downtime.
ws888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially inconsistent with the player's typical transaction history, where potential fraud indicators are present, or where a bonus has been claimed and the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been satisfied.
ws888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own service charges. ws888 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
Section 05
ws888 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, sports betting promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which form part of these Terms when read together. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by ws888 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. All content on the ws888 platform, including but not limited to the ws888 logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, promotional materials, and brand elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of ws888 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ws888 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ws888 content without the prior written consent of ws888.
Section 10
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ws888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ws888 platform or any ws888 service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other commercial or financial loss.
ws888's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
The ws888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ws888 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Users access the ws888 platform at their own risk.
Section 11
You may request closure of your ws888 account at any time by contacting ws888 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
ws888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, or regulatory requirements. In cases of termination due to player misconduct or fraud, ws888 may retain any account balance to offset verified losses or costs incurred.
Section 12
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ws888's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the ws888 platform that cannot be resolved through ws888's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory applicable local law. ws888 operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements imposed by the licensing authority, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
